Body language expert makes claim about Donald Trump as president welcomes King Charles

Before walking into the White House, Donald and Melania greeted Charles and Camilla. They didn’t bow, which many might believe is mandatory, but isn’t, exchanged a few words, and took some pictures before entering the residence.

While Donald Trump is known to be a huge fan of the Royal Family and all that comes with it, there was something that wasn’t quite the same this time around.

A body language expert has now shared a bombshell claim that the U.S President did something he has never done before.

Speaking with the Daily Star, body language expert Inbaal Honigman stated that Donald acted as if he felt like Charles was “more important” than him. He used body language never before seen during his presidency.

“The Leader of the Free World must be a staunch monarchist, because his humble body language cues are more receptive, engaged and welcoming than with anyone else before the King,” Honigman said. “Mr and Mrs Trump walk towards the Windsors with their heads lightly bowed. The US leader is seen taking small, measured, careful steps, very unlike the long, confident steps associated with his bombastic personality.”

“Trump is taking no chances”

The body language expert continued by explaining that Trump revealed a “timid” side of himself, keen on making a “good impression.”

But while he, according to the body language expert, began by being “humble,” things changed as King Charles exited the car. He claimed Donald tried to pull a power move.

“The moment that Trump spots the King emerge from the vehicle, he steps forward, his head lowered in humility. Trump reaches his arm out to shake the King’s, extending a welcome even when the two men are a full three feet apart. Trump is taking no chances, he’s determined to behave like a world leader in the presence of monarchy,” Honigman told the Daily Star.

Donald Trump and Queen Camilla’s trip to the U.S includes several outings. They will meet with Trump in Washington on Tuesday for bilateral discussions and on Wednesday, travel to New York City to pay respects at the 9/11 memorial site.

Before traveling back to the U.K, King Charles and Queen Camilla will do public appearances in Virginia.
