As I finished unpacking, I realized how much my life had changed in such a short period. I went from a solitary existence with my two beloved cats to sharing a vibrant home filled with laughter, love, and the delightful chaos that comes with raising a child. Mr. Whiskers and Luna had adjusted surprisingly well to the changes, often found lounging in Sophie’s room as she read to them or played with her toys. They were as much a part of the family as anyone else.
