A 12-year-old girl collapsed and died last week following an incident involving another student on a school bus.
According to tragic reports, Jada West, a student at Mason Creek Middle School, in Georgia, collapsed soon after getting off the bus close to her home in Villa Rica.
Reportedly, she had been involved in an argument with another girl on the bus, which became a physical altercation when they disembarked. Footage of the fight was obtained by outlets in the US, and is said to show West and another girl fighting in the street.
Though it is not clear what started the conflict, Jada collapsed while she was walking home after the fight had ended.
It was one of the 12-year-old’s friends who ran to her home and informed her parents that she had collapsed. Jada was rushed to Tanner Medical Center first, before then being transported to Scottish Rite.
