Jessi Pierce’s husband breaks silence after his wife and three children dies in house fire
The hockey community has come together to mourn and honor Jessi Pierce’s death. The Minnesota Wild shared a statement calling her death “tragic, and sent condolences to her family.
Kirsten Krull, Jessi’s colleague, told CBS that this was “another big sister” to her.
“Family isn’t always blood, but the people you choose and that couldn’t have been more true,” Krull said. “She had a confidence and a way of being able to talk to anyone that I envied. She had an unmatched work ethic and a huge heart. Any time I needed help, needed to rant or needed someone, she was there without hesitation.”
Jessi Pierce’s husband, Mike Hinrich, was on a work trip when the tragic fire occurred. Now, he has broken his silence.
“Jessi was beautiful, vibrant, and full of life – she lit up every room she walked into and made everyone feel welcome,” Mike Hinrichs said, per CBS. “She left a lasting mark on everyone lucky enough to know her.”
Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Pierce family. Rest in peace, Jessi, Hudson, Cayden, and Avery.
